As a para-professional, teacher aide, teacher assistant, or substitute teacher, you are asked to complete many tasks and duties. While it would be ideal to have some sort of background on these assignments; the reality is that you are many times thrust into situations that require you to learn on the fly. During this session, we will look at many of the common activities support personnel are asked to do and will consider background information and details that support these tasks.
