ESU 4 Engaging Educators Conference

When confronted with learning new technology or a difficult task, students do one of two things. Students with a growth mindset, see persistence, practice and hard work as key ingredients to reach their goal.  Students with a fixed mindset lose interest, withdraw, or give half hearted attempts. Growth mindset students believe FAIL represents First Attempt In Learning and see mistakes as learning opportunities. In this session participants will learn strategies to build a “Growth Mindset” in their students. Any grade level.
